Discontinuation of Version 2 (V2) Portal

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has announced the shutdown of the V2 portal for company filings effective June 18, 2025, marking a complete transition to the V3 portal. As part of this move, MCA will launch the final set of 38 company forms on the V3 portal starting July 14, 2025. This rollout includes 13 Annual Filing Forms and 6 Audit Forms, representing a key step in the ongoing upgrade to the V3 system.

To facilitate a smooth transition, several important deadlines have been set. The “Pay Later” option on the V2 portal will be disabled from June 8, 2025. Companies must ensure that all pending payments and resubmissions on the V2 portal are completed by June 17, 2025, as no further filings will be allowed on V2 after that date. Additionally, there will be a complete downtime of the V3 portal from July 9 to July 13, 2025, during which no filings can be made.

It is crucial to note that no fee waivers or deadline extensions will be granted during this transition. Companies are strongly advised to complete all necessary filings and payments on the V2 portal before the deadlines. From July 14, 2025, all company filings must be made exclusively through the V3 portal.
